@vitaut it's already surprising that Notepad and the C++ compiler agree ;) Is the source file UTF-8 or UTF-16, and does the file have a BOM?

Also, does this mean the C++ stdlib now calls:

SetConsoleOutputCP(CP_UTF8);

??

...or is this solved differently?
